For Lease
Even the moon || lost a bigger part of itself to darkness || monthly like a contribution || that leaves out its smile || to the good light, || the good light at the thunder strike, || racing towards an invisible end || in an unseen pattern, orchestrating the stars || to sing brightness alongside the bolts || the mugshot lies on the blue sea, || blue in the face of the sky || Framed with pearls I bet || some was pulled || to carve my mother's prayer beads. || A circle etched from love, || as the blue sky loves the blue sea, || as the stars fall || to the rhythm of the last strike || by lightning Every distance || spanned between my ribs, || you can have every acre love.
